How do I make my house smell amazing?

I have tried candles, but that only works when they are lit. I have also tried the plug-ins and they do work at first, but after a few days you can’t smell them anymore. I bought a few oil diffusers, and they worked great, but again only for a few days. I keep my house clean and there aren’t any dirty dishes or clothes or carpets that should be holding smell, but I do have a dog. I just want that smell when you open the door and you know your house smells great!

Place sprigs of fresh rosemary in your drawers and rose petals or violet petal in your bedroom and lounge. Grow some plants indoors that smell nice such as lavender. Natural is good and will give you that subtle fragrance.

Invite one of your friends over and ask him/her how the house smell? I’m sure they will say very nice, the thing is you don’t smell the house simply because you’re in it and used to the nice smell, I would not worry myself and long the house is clean that what it count.

They have some stuff you sprinkle in your carpet that smells really nice and lasts. Every time someone walks across it, it will kick up the smell again. I think it is called “Renuzit”

If you use dryer sheets, you could put them in the vents. This will not work if they are in the baseboards. They will freshen the air as it comes into the room. You can put them in fresh or after they’ve been through the dryer. Or Save any citrus peels and spices that are too old to use. Boil them in a pot with a little hot water. They make the house smell lovely for next to nothing. I ground up cinnamon sticks for cinnamon and saved the bits that were too big for my spice bottle for a simmer pot.
